I work with women across the world via Zoom, offering tailored one-to-one Pilates that blends the original Joseph Pilates Contrology mat sequence with refined reformer and Cadillac-inspired work. Each session is designed to help you move with precision, ease, and results.
Alongside movement, we incorporate breathwork and therapeutic support — fully personalised to your needs, goals, and energy levels.
These sessions are perfect if you have a home reformer, or if you’re seeking intelligent, consistent guidance from anywhere in the world.
Sessions are scheduled to suit your time zone, typically in the morning hours (9:00–11:00 AM).
