Rituals by Bessie Refalo
About Rituals by Bessie Refalo
-
Rituals are intentional practices that blend movement, breath and mindful awareness. My method integrates Pilates, yoga, breathwork and clinical exercise principles to help you feel calmer, stronger and more connected in your body.
-
It’s my signature clinical approach combining reformer Pilates, breathwork, nervous-system regulation and therapeutic movement. Rooted in clinical training, grounded in science, and delivered with warmth, clarity and presence — it’s movement as medicine.
-
No. Whether you’re brand new, returning to movement, managing a clinical condition or an experienced mover, sessions are designed to meet you where you are.
Movement Rituals (Studio, Zoom & 1:1 Clinical Sessions)
-
Yes. Many clients start with little or no Pilates experience. I focus on clear cueing, nervous-system-friendly sequencing and proper set-up so you feel supported from your very first session.
-
You’re in safe hands. I specialise in clinical exercise and work with clients following surgery, injury, pain or long-term conditions. Each session is adapted to your individual needs, capacity and goals.
-
Yes. These sessions are ideal if you’re managing pain, rebuilding confidence, returning to movement post-surgery, or navigating perimenopause-related changes. I blend Pilates, breathwork, mobility and evidence-informed clinical exercise.
-
You’ll need a reformer at home, a device with a camera, and space to move. I guide you in real time with the same clinical detail and attention you receive in person.

-
